Really enjoyed facilitating the WINNING THE COMPLEX SALE Course with sales teams from Longview Systems and NetApp in Toronto last week.
The sales teams learned how to transform their Enterprise sales campaigns from Checkers (tactical) to Chess (strategic) so they never miss an important step or stakeholder in their complex “Must Win” campaigns, while ruthlessly qualifying so they never spend time on deals they can’t win.
