The program starts with Inspection of Big Deal - Sales Funnel Metrics so sales forecast accuracy is improved from day 1 of the quarter.


Assess

The quality of the team's Big Deal sales campaigns are Assessed using  the Big Deal Roadmap and Relationship Map course assets. 


Coach

The Big Deal Review process utilizes 35 Powerful Discovered questions to identify Gaps and Coaching opportunities in the sales campaign.
